This 6-week Emotional Health Coaching program is an invitation to step into a process that asks for deep courage, honesty, and commitment not perfection. Choosing to begin this journey means you are willing to look within, gently question old patterns, and show up for yourself week after week, even when growth feels uncomfortable. That willingness alone is already a powerful act of self-love.

Each week of this program offers a different focus and approach, designed to meet you where you are emotionally, mentally, and energetically. While the structure provides guidance, this is not a rigid formula. Emotional transformation does not follow a straight line, and true change happens when we allow the process to unfold naturally. A process is a living journey, one that reveals insights, challenges, and breakthroughs in its own time.

As your coach, I will be continuously adjusting the work based on your needs, experiences, and preferences. We will move at the pace your system is ready for, honouring what arises along the way. Flexibility is key, because growth cannot be forced, it must be allowed. When we trust the process, it unveils its own path, leading you toward deeper awareness, emotional freedom, and lasting transformation.

 

Week 1 – Awaken Awareness: Claim Radical Responsibility

What conflicts, problems, stresses are you experiencing right now? What is the price that I am paying right now for not being aware of what I am experiencing?

Take full ownership of your emotional experiences.

By recognising that our inner world shapes our outer reality, reclaim your personal power and the ability to consciously choose change.

 

Outcome: Create a clear path to your best life. Take full ownership of your emotions.

 

Week 2 – Map Your Emotions: Release Limiting Beliefs

Here we look at what emotions are and how they influence and take control of our life if we don’t master them. Discover which ones a predominant and how to use them for your advantage.

Learn how beliefs are created, recognise which ones are limiting your life. Create and integrate new ones that serve you.

Outcome: Identify core emotional blocks & recurring patterns shaping your life. Let go of fears, guilt & shame to free energy for conscious creation.

 

Week 3 – Cultivate Self-Compassion and Break Free from Negative TalkLearning to be kinder to yourself instead of constantly judging or pushing yourself. This week helps clients soften their inner critic, treat themselves with understanding, and build a healthier, more supportive relationship with themselves especially during challenges or setbacks. Notice patterns of negative talk driven by fear

Outcome: Break cycles of self-criticism & embrace yourself with kindness & acceptance. Make empowered decisions instead of reacting from fear or habit.


Week 4 – Resolve Transgenerational Patterns: This Pain Is Not Mine

Uncover and resolve transgenerational patterns by identifying how inherited emotional beliefs, family loyalties, and unconscious survival programs are shaping your present life. We look at family and generational dynamics.

Resolve physical symptoms that have taken over your body.

Outcome: This process frees you from repeating the past so you can choose new emotional responses, behaviours, and outcomes aligned with who you truly are.

 

Week 5–Understand Your Relationship Conflict by shifting the focus from blame to awareness.

Instead of reacting on autopilot, clients learn how to pause, respond calmly, and handle emotions in a healthier, more confident way, especially in relationships. Together, you explore how your emotions, unconscious beliefs, and learned patterns shape the way you react in relationships. Uncover the real root of the conflict, not just the surface issue. Replacing old emotional patterns with new, supportive ways of thinking and behaving.

Outcome: Respond with clarity, build resilience & manage emotions with ease.

Helps you build simple, sustainable habits that reinforce emotional balance, confidence, and conscious choices in daily life.

 

Week 6 -Live Emotional Mastery:  Improve Confidence, Health and Self-Esteem

Bringing everything you’ve learned into everyday life with confidence and ease. This final week helps clients integrate their tools, trust themselves, and move forward feeling grounded, self-aware, and emotionally in control.


Outcome: Step into a life of self-awareness, emotional freedom, and conscious creation.
